Stacking Candle Holder

I finally made the candle holder kit I brought for $4 from the op shop.  I love the idea of being able to try a new craft and not have to buy all the supplies just for what could be a once off craft.

I didn't like the apricot colour paint - it was much brighter than the picture,  so I decided to use a pink chalk paint I have in my stash. It said 2 coats, but i had to do at least 4 coats to get an even coverage.

 

I liked the patterns / styles /examples on the cover- so juat copied them. The final product :)  I'm really pleased with how they turned out!
