A few cards I've made recently - a farewell card for a work friend.

Cards using some new dies and stencils - I'm hoping to make a few more over the Easter long weekend.

Weekend Fun

We had a lovely weekend :)  We took Clay to the model train club open day- he lives watching the trains.  We asked and he cab take his electric train on a Saturday afternoon and run it on the tracks - he's super excited!

Sunday morning we met up with Tabs and Torrie for a Bunnings kid's DIY - they made Easter signs.

From there we all headed over to the botanic gardens to meet up with Lindalee to have a catch up to do the Easter egg hunt.

School Holidays - Week 1

Craig took Clay to Macca's Friday afternoon to celebrate the start of the holidays :)

Saturday I took Clay and 2 friends to see the new Minecraft movie for his birthday.  It was a pretty good movie - everyone really enjoyed it.

Sunday morning we headed to Bunnings for the kid's DIY, then popped into an op shop. We picked up nanny in the afternoon and she brought pizza for Clay's birthday.

Monday was a chilled day at home. We were all surprised when Clay lost a tooth - weren't even aware it was wobbly  :)  After work we headed to the hairdresser for haircuts (and colour for me).

Tuesday Nanny and Clay popped into town to run some errands and discovered a new lolly shop!

Wednesday Clay and Nanny headed to the library for Clay to try kids code club - he really enjoyed it :)  I will have to see if the library does it during school terms.

Thursday night we headed to Bunnings for the Easter family night and then grabbed dinner afterwards. Torrie is a way with her grandparents for the week, but Tabs still joined us for the fun LOL

Friday Clay and Nanny made a declious batch of scones.  Craig had an early finish, so he and Clay dropped Nanny home for the weekend and grabbed a late lunch (and sent me pics to rub it in LOL).

Saturday we headed to the Model Railway club open day - Clay absolutely loves it!  We are going to take his train set and try and go every 3rd Saturday.  Craig had to go into work, so I popped into the op shop a few doors up.

Sunday Torrie was back home from her grandparents and we headed to the Bunnings kid's DIY, then all together over to the botanic gardens to catch up Lindalee to do the Easter egg hunt :)

Bunnings Easter Family Night

Last night we headed to the Bunnings Easter family night. It didn't start well - a brief shower surprised everyone, but it was gone quickly. Clay did some crafts, played some games, said hello to the bunny and did the scavenger hunt.

After Clay finished all the activities- we headed over to the shopping centre to have some dinner, followed by icecreams Clay and Tabs.
