80's Cruise - Day 3 & 4

Day 3-

I was up before the boys, so enjoyed some quiet time on the balcony in the sun reading.

Breakfast in the Pantry, then off to crafts - card making.

Popped back to our room and spotted day 3 towel animal- a bear :)

Hungry kids - so 2nd breakfast at the Pantry before heading off for a swim and the waterslides.

Worked up an appetite, so off to lunch at the Pantry.

A very exciting activity for the afternoon- Build A Bear workshop! 

Dinner at Angelo's.

Tabs, her brother and his girlfriend went to see Blanc to Blanc, so Torrrie came with us to dinner and then to the 80's Mania show in the Marquee.  The show was awesome  -great songs and everyone was singing along!

Day 4 - 

We were up at 6am to vacate our room by 7am and meet the girls for breakfast at the Pantry. We headed off the ship and to the shuttle bus to pick upmour cars and head home.

Clay's 10th Birthday

Today our amazing,  funny, kind and cheeky little man turned double digits today! He woke up to a room full of balloons,  then came out to the loungeroom to open his presents :)

New gaming chair was his "big" present and he was excited to find out it has a back massager cushion on it LOL

He took cupcakes to share with his class.  Then after Macca's for dinner (with the added bonus of the new Minecraft toys) we finished up a lovely day with chocolate cake :)

80's Cruise - Day 2

Up and off to the Pantry for breakfast and then to catch up with Tabs and her brother & sister.

Piano Barr 88 used to be called the Blue Room - might have been a name change when they went over to Carnival.

Clay thought the photo disposal bins where hilarious :)

Rubik's cubes down in the Lobby.

Something different - craft was usually held in a bar on the ships- but this time it was held in a small room and even better - no charge! We made beaded bracelets :)

Then to The Encounter Hotel so Clay could do Spongebob Squarepants trivia.  We all sat at the table as a team, but it was just Clay telling us the answers LOL  Mathias - Tab's nephew- was playing too and knew some of the same answers that Clay gave.  Our "team" actually won with 13 points!!  Clay got a medal and was so excited!! 

We stayed afterwards for another game show - Spin That Wheel -Tabs got allocated a team and they won that game ...so Torrie got to keep Tab's medal LOL

Another "new" Carnival feature - free pizza at lunchtime!

We headed to the Waterfront so Craig and I could have lunch.

Another towel animal - rabbit :)

Off to the arcade after lunch, then a swim and waterslides for the boys while I chilled in the room reading.

We went to Black Circus to see comedian Hung Lee PG show - Clay thought he was hilarious :)

We joined everyone for dinner at the Waterfront. The theme for the night was 80's Glow / Neon - another night of great outfits!

Tabs and I went to see the Kylie show in the marquee - she was great!

We all chilled at he Lobby listening to the duo from the night before - so much great 80's music!

We headed up the Lido deck for Glow party - DJ and dancing - lots of fun!
