School Holidays - Week 1

School holidays started last week and just in time, Clay was feeling a bit over tired by the last week of school.

We kicked off the weekend with his swimming lesson and chores on Saturday.

Sunday was just Clay and I, so we built his pirate ship from a book we got at the op shops a few weeks ago.  This led to creating treasure maps and finding finding hidden treasure (plastic Easter eggs) - so much fun!  We also played with Lego and jumped on the trampoline.

Nanny came to stay for 4 days to watch Clay while Criag and I worked  - there has been creating with Lego, jumping on the trampoline, playing board games, some video games and watching the guys renovate the pool.

Wednesday Clay had a hearing test (which was inconclusive, so back for further testing next month), then headed to the shops to buy a birthday present for Jaxon.  He managed to sweet talk Craig into buying him a Batman too LOL  Then that afternoon they went to Jaxon's party - lots of fun :)

Saturday morning Clay had swimming, then our friend Chris stopped in for a visit/ lunch on his way through town.

Sunday Clay refused to get out of his pyjamas and I just let him- hey, it's holidays LOL  We did some painting and chilled at home while Craig worked, then headed over to mum's to water her gardens for her.
