Everyday Moments

No paddling last Saturday due to Ma Ma having a sore arm, so as a treat we headed to Macca's for breaky, did some shopping for Halloween decorations and a costume and then home to have a swim and chill out for the afternoon.

Sunday we were up and had no plans, so decided to head to the markets for a look.  Cute succulents and hot donuts were the buys for the morning :)  The afternoon was crafting and swimming- loving the warmer days!

Mumma kangaroo was back and I finally got a pic of her cute (not so little) joey :)

Friday was "Day for Daniel" at school - where the kids dress in red and talk about child safety.

Popped out to the airport Friday to check out the air force plane that was in town.

We were up early and headed to Sandy Hook to meet up with mum and go paddling, but the ski club was starting to get ready to have an event there, which means it's not too safe for paddling.  We decided to head to Lake Gregory to check water levels and see if it would be suitable for paddling.  It was a beautiful day and the water looked great, unfortunately none of us was wearing surf shoes and it's a very rocky area - so no paddling :(  We have decided we will go back in a few weeks time and paddle though (wearing the right shoes LOL).

After taking our kayaks and gear home, we headed to Bunnings to grab some stuff for the camper and were happy to discover they are doing their free kids craft workshops again!  Clay was very happy to make a tealight jack'o'latern!  When we got home and the crepe paper had dried, I cut the face out using my cricut and Clay stuck them on.
