We have headed to Kinka Beach/ Yeppoon for 5 days camping- the longest camping trip so far in our camper!
I forgot how HOT Rockhampton/ Yeppoon is - it felt like we were melting UGH!! We set up our camper - right next to the pond and got the air con running LOL Clay spotted a black chicken and started shaking his first and trying to chase it yelling "Not a scrub turkey!" - he has a dislike for them apparently bahaha
After a late lunch and trying to cool down a bit in the air-conditioning, we headed to the lagoon in Yeppoon a for a swim - how amazing is this place?! Becca, Dale and the kids joined us. Bec and I chatted while Craig amd the kids swam and Dale cooked up a delcious BBQ dinner. After dinner Bec and I joined the kids for another swim - we finished at 8pm (nearly 4 hours of fun)!
