GC / Hospital Appt

We had a quick overnight trip to GC for Clay's 6th month eye appt to see how his new glasses are going. We drove down Sunday and Craig had to drop off some stock to the shop in Robina, so Clay and I hit the shops :) We found a Lego store and were disappointed we didn't have our Lego passports to get stamped, but Clay did buy a small Star Wars set.

We found a cool lolly shop with an amazing range of softdrinks!

Of course we couldn't resist Daiso and brought lots of goodies!

We headed to Kristy's after and waited for her to get home from her Cricut retreat in Proston.  We got to meet and have cuddles with her new fur-baby Laurel Biddie - so cheeky and cute!

Clay's appointment today went really well - they are happy with how his vision is with the new glasses and we are back to yearly visits :)  While we were waiting for the dilation drops to take effect we went to checkout the Starlight room. Usually we go to the kid zone room, but when we went to check in they suggested he try the other room as its for older kids.  It was a great space - Clay loved the electric drum set! We also saw their radio booth area too :)

We were finished at the hospital in 2.5hrs and got in the car and headed home.
