We were up at 4.15am to do a bus tour of the Grand canyon, Hoover dam, Joshua tree forest and Boulder City.

We crossed into our 3rd state this holiday - Arizona!
The grand canyon is unbelievable- you see pics of it, but you can't grasp the concept of how massive it truly is!! I stayed well away from the edges!! I did see one man stumble near the edge and thought I was going to watch him go over, but he caught himself! We went to the south and west rims - 2 totally different and spectacular views.

Back into Nevada and next stop was Hoover Dam.
Lake Mead.
Boulder City.
