Thrifty Thursday

A few weekends ago Clay saw an advertisement for the annual Lifeline book-fest so we headed out for a look :)  Clay found some books and games. He was super excited to find the Pokemon battle academy - he had recently been looking at it in the shops.  We didn't open it till we got home, so he was very happy to find all the parts were there.

I found this Lego head storage and was pleased to find that its got sorting trays inside!

I found a few books - not my usual reads, but they looked interesting.

We actually don't have the Elf on the Shelf book, so I brought it to put with Clay's elves. I had never heard of the JK Rowling book, so grabbed it.  The Disney book is a bit banged up, so I will be using it for scrapbooking.  Clay was so excited to find the Disney record for me - Im going to frame it and display it with our Disney things.  Total for all of  our goodies $58 :)

That same weekend, on Sunday morning after breakfast we popped into our fave oppie :) There were a few Disney finds!

Christmas decoration $1

Mug $6

Easter craft kit $2

Tupperware dish $4

Books $2 each

At the Nanango markets last weekend I found 3 books for $2 each - so excited to find some more Fleur McDonald books!

I also found some stamps $2
