Woodgate Christmas in the Park

This afternoon we headed down to Woodgate for Christmas in the Park. It was a lovely relaxed afternoon- there were some markets, Clay got his face painted and had a photo with Santa. There was a variety of entertainment the whole afternoon.

Bethlehem Live

Tonight Tabs and I took the kids to see Bethlehem Live. It's an amazing interactive experience - people showing how it was back in Bethelem when Christ was born. The kids had fun watching all the demonstrations, patting the animals and doing a variety of crafts. We finished up watching the nativity scene.

School Holidays - Week 1

Clay's school advised that there was an additional week of school this term and that the teachers would be doing training for week 11 - so it was optional to send the kids.  Nanny said she was available to babysit, so Clay finished last Friday :)

Monday was a chilled out day at home with a 2 hour swim!

Tuesday was another day at home, but mo swim due to the rain :( Wednesday I booked Clay into Kids gamers club event at the library - he had the best time and loved the VR!

Thursday the spent the day at Nanny's and then we went to Carols by Candlelight that night.

Friday was another day at home, but they oipped out to see Craog at work in the afternoon and Clay and I went to see the window display at the chocolate shop.

Saturday we weren't sure about out plans / weather, so we waited till 4pm, then made the decision to rusk it and headed off to Hervey Bay to see Murray's xmas display - so glad we did!

Sunday was a rainy day, but luckily we had tickets to see the free movie - Harold and the Purple Crayon.  It was a wonderful movie and we all really enjoyed it.  We had planned on going to the Moore Park xmas festival, but unfortunately rainy weather cancelled those plans. Instead we stayed home and I decluttered the spare room, ready for the delivery of the new sofa bed we brought.
