Card

A quick and easy farewell card for a co-worker.  The paint stripe stamps make a great background - I think will have to make a few more cards using them!

Craftroom Organisation

My pile of vinyl scraps had gotten a bit out of control and I needed to sort them out.  I was just storing them in a tub and a shopping tote.  I brought some large zippered pouches and decided to just sort by colour (not HTV or vinyl).  I was surprised that I only had one more small tube and the shopping tote, until I realised there was a bigger storage tub! LOL

Everyday Moments

We went to Macca's for breakfast so I could try the McGriddle.  It wasn't too bad it smelt strongly of maple syrup but the flavour was very mild.  The texture (like a pancake) was odd with the filling- I wouldn't buy it again though.

Built one of my new Lego sets - so cute!!  I hope they bring some more out in different colours / designs.  I might need to buy another Ikea greenhouse - my current one is full!

Lunch out at our fave Cafe last weekend.

Our passionfruit vine is still full of fruit - it's a bumper crop this year!

The new black stap arrived and I think it looks so much better than the chain strap!

Thrifty Thursday

Craog had to go into work Saturday morning,  so I popped into the op shop a few doors down and found an item from my wish list!!  A hard cover Lego book and it was only $1!  

Book Week 2025

Clay had been unwell for the last 2 days, so we weren't sure if he would be able to do the Book Week parade at school today, but he asked to go in this morning and see how his pain levels went. 

I think his costume turned out fabulously and he loved it!!

I love this travel SVG and thought it would be perfect for the mini travel cases- I think they are super cute!

Cricut Creations- Book Week Costume

Clay wanted to go as the character from Diary of a Wimpy Kid for book week, so I searched online pintresst for a few ideas and juat decided to wing it LOL  I'm really happy how it turned out and Clay was very impressed.

Morre Park Arts Festival

Yesterday afternoon we met up with Tabs, Lindalee and Larissa & kids at the Moore Park arts festival.  We wandered around looking at the markets stalls.  We were all little disappointed that there weren't as many as there was at the Christmas event.

After we finished looking at the markets, we set up our chairs and blankets and enjoyed some lovely dinner from the food trucks and listened to some good bands.

At 7pm we watched the fireworks show and then headed home. 

Magic Men

A very last minute decision was made on Thursday to have a girls night out at Magic Men last night! Tabs, Larissa, Lindalee and I headed to the Brothers sports club with about 200 other women for a fabulous night :)  we enjoyed a few drinks and LOTS of laughs!

We were pleased to find that the show was different from last year and had there a fake orgasm competition that had us in complete fits of giggles!  No denying we enjoyed the "dancing" - Tabs spot at our table meant that EVERY dancer that went around the room interacted with her that made us all squeal and laugh!  I did have one dancer get me to rub my hand down his chest LOL

After the show we all got to meet and take oics with the dancers :)
