My favourite flowers for ou 18th wedding anniversary ❤  We also celebrated 23 yewars totgers 5 says later.  We went out to a thai restaurant dinner to celebrate.  It was a delicious meal and lovely to sit and chat.  I was a brave mummy and agreed to Clay having his first sleepover at Nanny's :)  Clay had a great time- no issues at all - I was a bit restless and fretted a bit, but a relief to know he was happy.

While Craig and Clay were getting haircuts, 2 shops down Indy was getting washed and clipped at a new dog groomer - she did an amazing job!  She posted before & after pics on her FB page.

Family Day

This morning was such lovely weather (apart from the smoke from bush fires) so we decided to go for a drive to Hervey Bay.  First stop once we arrived was a park so Clay could have a run around. 

Then off to Hog's Beeath for a very delicious lunch  :)

After lunch we wandered across to the shopping centre to say hello to Craig's workmates and was lucjy enough to run into another friend who was in town for the day.  Then I popped into a new scrapbook shop for a quick look.  I was behaved and just brought some bottles of enamel accents and a packet of die cuts. Then it was time to head back home.

Everyday Moments

Katie, James and the boys were down on the weekend to go to a family wedding, so we popped over to mum's for the afternoon to catch up with them.

The weather has been amazing lately, so that means we start to spend more time outdoors enjoying it :) Our favorite place seems to be the new park & playground at the beach!

On our way to the gardens we stopped to get some freebies from the radio station's prize patrol car :)

Morning at the Botanical Gardens

This morning we headed over to the Botanical Gardens to feed the ducks/turtles/eels and go for a walk.  Poppy joined us and it was beautiful weather.  We went for a HUGE walk around the gardens and went to the Chinese Tea House, but unfortunately it was closed for renovations.

Under 5's Rainbow Day

This morning we went to the Under 5's Rainbow Day (child safety).  Clay's not a big fan of crowds, but he had a wonderful time!  He went from activity to activity, stopping and participating when he wanted to.  He lined up and waited to sit in the police car, played with playdoh, drew on black scratch card, planted some tomato seedlings and made a paper plate rainbow.  It was a great morning and we're looking forward to another kid's day.

Everyday Moments

The weather has turned warm, so that means some water play :)  Clay was supposed to be playing with his water table, but found the hose more fun :)

We had another fun morning catching up with friends at the indoor play centre.

We spent a lovely Sunday at the beach helping Z celebrate her birtnday 😀

Clay's first go of the kids trolley at Bunnings - he handled that thing like a boss!!!

Clay jumped on the bed and hit Craig in the mouth with the iPad - busted his lip :(  There was blood EVERYWHERE!!!  He had to go to ER to get stitched - 4 stitches and a tetanus shot - not the best way to start the day!
