Last night we headed to the Merry & Bright event at the botanic gardens. It had been raining on & off all day, so weren't sure if we should go or not. At 5pm it had cleared up a bit, so we packed jumpers and umbrellas and decided to risk it :) I'm so glad we went - it was a wonderful night!
First stop was a ride on the train around the gardens. There was a sprinkle of rain while we waited but the rest of the night was dry!
.Clay said hello to Santa and Mrs Clause and did a craft activity.
We wandered around the garden while we waited for the light show to start.
At 7pm the lights were turned on! We walked around the board walk and through bush - it was magical!
