Wow - what a hectic first day of our trip! It took just under 26 hours from when we left Kristy's house on GC and arrived at out hotel in Anaheim! We flew from Brisbane to Sydney with a 3 hour stop over before getting on the 14hr flight to LAX. think i got 2 hours sleep in total on the flight - Clay didn't crash till 4am AEST and was happily collecting a stash of goodies the flight attendants were handing out throughout the flight - looked over at 2.30am and he had scored a hot chicken pie LOL We also scored a set of PJ and first class amenties set from the lovely flight stewards as a thank you for the notecards / thank you packs Kristy gave them! We caught a taxi from LAX and checked into the hotel. We headed out to Walmart to grab a few things and had dinner at Denny's, which was conveniently next to our hotel. Our hotel is across the road from Disney and we got to see the fireworks show as we walked home from dinner!
