Clay and I were so excited to head off for a weekend camping trip with mum, Kristy, Bec, Dale and kids!! We were a bit concerned about the weather forecast, but decided to go ahead with the trip. Mum, Clay and I headed off early Friday morning.
Mum and I missed the turn off (and had been told wrong directions) which resulted in us driving around lost for an hour, getting numerous directions from the locals and finally a staff member drove out and find us!! Bahahahaha
We stayed at Cobb & Co Nine Mile Camping Grounds.The entrance to the campung grounds was awesome!!
Bec and Kristy had arrived about 45 mins before us and had started to set up camp, but then realised that they had set their tents up in a unsuitable place (under large trees), so literally picked it all up and carried it over to where we decided to set up the caravan. LOL
Ma Ma was supervising Clay while he "helped" set up the tents :)
Kristy and I pooped back into Gypmie so she could grab some groceries. Dale and the kids arrived just on dark, then we had dinner and an early night for all of us.
