Here's to wishful thinking that we have left the worst of 2020 behind us! As per our usual tradition...we were fast asleep in bed and didn't see the new year in LOL We did start the new year off with a drive to see a pirate ship, but unfortunately it was sailing into port and we couldn't see it, so will try again tomorrow. After being stuck in the house for 3 days due to rain, we were keen for a break, so headed to the zoo / park.
We walked down the boardwalk to the river for a look, then back to the park to look at the colonial weapons. There were more showers again this afternoon, but it was nice to be able to be outside in the sunshine for most of the day :)
