NRL Magic Round

We were on the GC again this weekend for the NRL magic round.  We headed down Saturday morning and got there at lunch time, so we stopped at Westfield for lunch (dumplings!) and grab something for dinner.  Kristy was working at a Cricut demo and got home in the afternoon.  The boys chilled out while Kristy and I worked on cricut retreat stuff (cabin allocations, etc) and we also watched the coronation.

Sunday was magic round day!  Clay was super excited to attend his first game at a footy stadium :)  They got dressed in their team jerseys / gear and caught the train into Brisbane.  They stopped at Macca's for lunch before heading to the stadium. They brought some team flags and saw the first game - Craig's team (they lost) and then the 2nd game was Clay's team (they won).  Clay had an absolute ball - Craig said he was dancing around  waving his flag and cheering loudly :) 

While the boys headed to the footy Kristy and headed off to Logan where she had another cricut demo booked - I was catching up with M & E at the shops.  Kristy's demo was cancelled, so she ended up joining us.  We did some shopping, headed to Ikea for lunch (and more shopping) and then home for Kristy to do some more sorting in her scraproom and us to price up her de-stash stuff to put out at retreat.  

This morning we headed home the same time Kristy headed off to work.  We did stop for Clay's slurpee first ;) and stopped at Krispy Kreme along the way and tried the new cherry ripe donuts - soooo delicious!
