I decided to do a "12 Days of Christmas" series again this year! I will be sharing a variety of quick & easy Christmas crafts, cooking and sewing projects. I'll post one project a day, starting today with a recipe! Feel free to leave any suggestions or requests!
Gourmet Rocky Road
1 pkt soft jubes
1 pkt mallow bakes / mini marshmallows
1 pkt peanut m&m
1 cup shredded coconut
2 blocks milk chocolate
1 block dark chocolate
1/2 block caramello chocolate (optional)
1. Roughly chop soft jubes and place in bowl with mallow bakes, m&m and coconut. Break up caramellow chocolate and add to bowl. Mix well.
2. Break up milk and dark chocolate and melt in double saucepan.
3. Pour melted chocolate into bowl with other ingredients and mix well.
4. Using tablespoon, spoon mixture into lined baking tray or small cupcake papers (for individual servings).
5. Put into fridge to set.
