This morning mum, Clay and I headed to Sandy Hook to go kayaking. It was beautiful weather and not too busy on the river. I forgot to pack Clay's swim vest, but due to the river levels being up, where we paddled was less than hip deep. Mum had a rope to tie to the kayak, so that we could tow Clay back in, in case he went to far LOL Mum got a new high back seat that we tested out - much more comfortable to use. I had 2 long paddles this time, plus 2 short paddles with Clay :) After we all paddled for a bit, we enjoyed a swim and then some snacks before heading home.
