Our ship docked at 7am and we had a 8.45am disembarkment time of 8.45am, so we had breakfast and enjoyed the view.
We caught a taxi to our hotel and dropped off our bags. We walked down to the train station and went into Circular Quay to explore. We walked around past the opera house to the botanic gardens, where we spotted the train ride doing tours of the gardens. We brought tickets and enjoyed an informative tour of the gardens.
We walked back a long Circular Quay looking at the shops and sights. From there we walked around to the Rocks for a look.
We then walked up to the look out at the Sydney Observatory and then back down to Circular Quay. We looked at some stalls at the artisan markets being set up, before catching a train to go back to our hotel.
