We were so excited to head to Sandy Hook this morning so Clay could try out his new kayak!! The weather was beautiful and there was no one else out on the water. Clay struggled a little bit with kayak because its much lighter than mum's and the breeze pushed him around a bit, but he soon got the hang of it and was paddling around :) It was lovely to have Craig along to see Clay's maiden voyage :) We stopped for morning tea and got the binoculars out for a look around, before having another paddle and then a swim.
