We then drove to Point Cook Homestead. This was very disappointing - the original homestead had been renovated into a restaurant and all that was left of the original buildings was the stables.
From there we went to the Point Cook RAAF Museum. This was a fascinating museum full of memorabilia and 4 hangers full of restored aircrafts and artefacts. Craig was in heaven :)
Next was the Werribee Mansion. This place was amazing - every room had been restored / furnished to its original state. We wandered upstairs and downstairs, in the main house and servants areas - lots of corridors and rooms to explore :) There were even displays of clothes - both upper class and servants.
There were also other buildings to explore on the property - laundry, bell ringers cottage, the homestead, men's hut and tool shed.
